How soon will I get my order?

Most items are sent via USPS, unless it is unavailable in your area. If you select standard shipping at checkout you should receive your package in 4 to 8 days, if you select express shipping you should receive it in 2 to 5 days. 

 If you need something within a time frame, please let me know!

Do you ship internationally?

YES! We do ship internationally! Please check for your country at checkout. If you do not see it email us and we will try to figure out how to get it to you. 

What happens if my package gets lost?

Let's face it, things can get lost in the mail. If you notice this, please let me know and I will try to sort it out.

What if I need to return an item?

Returns are easy!

Please email us at eskmcollections@gmail.com with refund requests. We do ask that you pay for return shipping.

Returns are only allowed 14 days after the item has been sent. 

Items marked SALE are not able to be returned.
